Our Return Policy
We accept returns only for damaged products. All other sales are final. We believe in the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before shipping.
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. We will gladly accept the return and provide a full refund. Here's what to do:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at help@gifibow.com or call 8130960247
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Keep the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
- We'll arrange for pickup at no cost to you
Return Conditions
For damaged items to be eligible for return, they must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Reported within 7 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You can choose to receive your refund via:
- Original payment method (bank account, card, UPI, etc.)
- GIFIBOW gift card for future purchases
Return Shipping
We cover all return shipping costs for damaged products. You will not be charged for sending back damaged items.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that all items are non-returnable except in cases of damage during shipping. We encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order.
